Employees clock in / out using the BTC fingerprint identification device, they may clock in and out up to 6 times in a single day. Employees are assigned a job description, which carries a security level for system operation.

Employee addresses, phone numbers, SSN, and other payroll information is stored and may be retrieved at any time.

Edit time cards

As employees make mistakes, BTC allows you to correct these mistakes via the time card edit program. Editing may only be done before the period is closed and posted.

Vacation / sick / bonus / advance tracking

Time card edit program allows you to enter vacation or sick times used and to enter bonuses and advances. These are reported on the pay period totals report, and vacation and sick times are tracked and reported.

Missed punches listing

Employees often forget to punch out. These missed punches may be reported for a selected time period.

Print time cards

Time cards may be printed when you wish. The printout lists all the details of the clock punches for the week.

BTC summarizes all payroll activity in the payroll period report, giving you one simple report with all the numbers you need to complete payroll.
