- The system uses templates that you fill in from data entry screens
- There is no html to write and no programming to do
- Uniform templates make it faster and easier for shoppers to find things
- The designs are fixed, but can include your choice of color and your logo
- In order to make the system as bullet-proof as possible, and because we are interfacing to multiple programs, we do not distribute source code for modification
- All pages can link back to your main web site if you have one

| With a fee based system, who pays me? |

| Do I need automatic credit card clearing? |

- Yes, if you are running a fee based system.
- If you are creating a system for your own use or providing a free service for a closed membership, there is no need for immediate credit card approvals, since you will have plenty of time to seek approval prior to shipping product.

| How secure is my data? |
| |
- No other vendors have access to your seller and bidder information
- All product information for a bid can be seen by all you elect to broadcast to, but only you and the original seller can edit or delete that information.

| Who comes up first on a product search? |
| |
- All searches are returned by auction close time in alpha order

| How does shipping and handling area get treated? |
| |
- That information is posted by the seller.

| What if there are problems with a seller or a buyer? |
| |
- There is a message board for sellers and buyers to record complaints.
- The transactions on fee based systems for public use are between the seller and the buyer.
- On closed systems you need to consult your attorney and post appropriate terms of use in the template provided.
