| How fancy can my opening screen be? |

- The system uses templates that you fill in from data entry screens
- There is no html to write and no programming to do
- Uniform templates make it faster and easier for users to find things
- The menu designs are fixed, but can include your choice of color and your logo so the pages blend in with your current web site
- In order to make the system as bullet-proof as possible, and because we are interfacing to multiple programs, we do not distribute source code for modification
- All menus link back to your main web site if you have one

| Can I have files on multiple web hosts? |

- Yes. The location of each file in the library is recorded in the database.
- Local files are treated the same as remote files.
- The system does not handle remote password protected ftp site, though

| How am I billed? |

- The system bills based on size of your database each month, plus your based monthly lease fee
|
| How does the rquest form work? |
| |
- If you want to know who is requesting data, you can force a form fill in prior to access
- Although this information will be recorded in the database, there is no guarantee that the viewer will enter real data

| How secure is my data? |
| |
- No other merchants, organizations or users have access to your information
- All our servers are on battery backup that will last 75 minutes and then we switch to gasoline generator

| Is my data backed up? |

- We backup everything on our servers daily
|
| How easy is it to create digital documents from my print information? |
| |
- A lot of what you have in print may already be in digital format somewhere in your company.
- Getting print material to digital formats can involve scanning or re-inputting the data.
- There are many companies that can help your convert large volumes of print literature and records to digital format. We can put you in touch with a few.

| Can I e-mail all the literature requests made in the last week? |

- You can EMail all the records within a date range. For example, all records that were entered after June 1, 1999 but before June 30, 1999, etc.
- You must turn on the reuest first option.

| Do my users need to be technically oriented? |
| |
- No. Anyone can find a file and download it.
- They do need to understand how to open the document and view it. If their browser is set to automatically open the file, it will if the the proper program is associated with the file type.

| Who owns the data? |
